Making lifestyle changes to prioritize my health has been a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. One of the most significant shifts I made was in my dietary choices. I began by embracing clean eating, which meant opting for whole, unprocessed foods while avoiding the temptations of unhealthy, fast food and sugary snacks. This shift not only improved my physical health but also gave me a greater sense of control over my life. Knowing that I was nourishing my body with wholesome foods brought a profound sense of well-being and self-respect. Additionally, I made the decision to drastically reduce my alcohol intake. Instead of coming home to a glass of wine, I discovered the incredible benefits of hemp. I believed in hemp so much, I created my own brand of CBD gummies.

Another vital change was staying well-hydrated with water which became a non-negotiable part of my daily routine. The benefits of adequate hydration extend far beyond physical health; it positively impacts my mental clarity and emotional well-being. As I increased my water intake, I found myself more focused, energetic, and emotionally balanced. 

I also started to cook more meals at home. This not only allowed me to control the ingredients and portion sizes but also became an opportunity for me to explore my culinary skills. Preparing home-cooked meals has been a bonding experience for my family as well. Hanging out together in the comfort of our own home, enjoying being together, is one of my most favorite parts of the day. 

These lifestyle changes, embracing clean eating, staying hydrated, and cooking at home together, have not only enhanced my overall well-being but has also brought me immense happiness, shared with my family as we embark on this journey to a healthier and more fulfilling life together.
